Fundraising & Communications Co-Ordinator

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE

- Creative thinking and opportunity-spotting - maximising our assets and out social impact story to drive real value for our brand and our customers
- Engagement and relationship building is key for this role - working with both internal and external stakeholders to engage them in the programme.
- At least 1 year's fundraising experience - and the ability to create imaginative fundraising activities, underpinned by insight, to help reach clear fundraising goals
- Communication skills - especially social media.
- Self starter and lots of initiative - we will need you to take the role, run with it, shape it and come up with brilliant ways to evolve it.
- Good organising and planning skills
- Flexible, adaptable and resilient - this is a fast paced programme, things change quickly, and there is lots going on at once
- Collaboration and team working - you'll be working alongside lots of others, both internal and external.
- Disruptive - we're not afraid of change, and you'll need to be strong enough to deliver it effectively when needed.

- Project management and planning

- Digital skills - a good basis is needed, but you'll learn lots more during the role.

- Courageous - this role will likely take you outside your comfort zone (great opportunity to learn skills and gain experience)
