THE CLIENT
Our client is a leading international asset management firm based in the heart of the City

THE OPPORTUNITY
You will responsible for accurately reconciling cash and stock positions, and the overall fund value of their own and managed funds against Administrator records.
On top of this you will also investigate and verify differences in overall fund values outside predetermined tolerances, and liaise with internal and external parties to ensure discrepancies are resolved within SLA time frames.
There will be considerable work with fund managers checklists, ensuring all responses are received in a timely manner, and maintaining the checklist log.
You will also be involved in the month end client reporting process.

YOUR PROFILE
You will be:
-Highly numerate.
-Experienced and comfortable in Microsoft excel to a medium standard.
-Good communication skills are vital as the role involves interacting with external parties (such as custodians and administrators). Maintaining good relationships.
-High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
-Must be a proactive learner with the ability to gather information and resolve issues.
-Experience and understanding of cash and stock reconciliations and the valuation process is essential.
-Experience and understanding of dividends, corporate actions, pricing, forward contracts, derivatives (eg Futures, Options, OTC, SWAPs and CFDs) forward currency contracts and Structured products.
