Fund Administrator, Anti Money Laundering
Our client, a large bank, is building a new team and has numerous Specialist and Intermediate Fund Administrator positions available. The ideal candidates will have good to strong Anti Money Laundering (AML) knowledge.
Key responsibilities:
*Responsible for reviewing AML documentation in an accurate and timely manner
*Maintain SLA and turnaround times on all reviews
*Work on the day to day AML process within the Transfer Agency AML department, providing AML knowledge and guidance to the TA service teams when required.
*Contribute to client or department meeting on the matter of AML
*Provide regular feedback to TA managers and colleagues with regard to Transfer Agency Anti Money Laundering.
*Compile and Review AML statistics on a regular basis where required
*Initial document review, client and investor contact to obtain AML documentation to satisfy requirements
*Ensure team adhere to internal controls and procedures at all times
*Liaise with the Compliance departments as necessary
*Co-ordinate and assist with annual audit where necessary
*Complete client AML initialization and transition with regards to AML
*Regularly assess training requirements to maintain very high standards of AML knowledge and industry awareness
