Our investment banking client is looking for both Fund Administrators and Senior Fund Administrators for a 12month contract based in Edinburgh.
ROLE PURPOSE:
To assist the team Manager in the delivery of Investment Administration services to assigned clients, in particular reconciliations, within agreed quality, timing and output targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly cash reconciliations for all funds.
2. Identify and resolve high-risk items within set timescales.
3. Maintain monthly management information and aging analyses for all securities reconciliations.
4. Perform daily derivative holdings and collateral reconciliations.
5. Liaise with clients, custodians, brokers and external parties.
6. Use of Best Practice Initiatives- Review of Manual Processes.
7. Create and maintain accurate accounting records.
