Fund Administrator

The key responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:
- Assist the Assistant Manager in the delivery of Investment Administration services to assigned clients, in particular Corporate Actions, within agreed quality, timing and output targets.
- Maintain Internal Control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.
- Review existing controls and procedures, identifying and implementing changes that will benefit the corporate action operation.
- Build a good working relationship with clients and third parties such as auditors, custodians and trustees, acting as the first point of contact for any issues.

In addition to the above, there a number of other that the successful candidate will be responsible for. My client is ideally looking for someone with Financial experience.
