FUND ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT MANAGER (FUND ACCOUNTING, NAV, RECONCILIATION)

A leading Investment Bank is looking for a Fund Accounting Assistant Manager to be based in London for an initial 9 month contract. The primary function of the Fund Accounting Assistant Manager is to oversee the Fund Accounting Team, and ashore service delivery for all outsourced Fund Accounting activities, in line with relevant internal and external regulatory requirements. As part of the FA Oversight Operations Team you will use a variety of tools to review and monitor daily and non-daily fund accounting tasks. The client is looking for someone who is ready to take the next step towards management within a major financial institution.

To be considered for the position of you will need experience in the following:

- Detailed understanding and experience working in fund accounting or fund administration
- NAV Experience
- Previous Bank Reconciliation experience
- A high level of attention to detail and experience working to tight deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Degree education, preferably in Accountancy or another numerical subject
