SORP, OEIC, ACCOUNTING - FUND ACCOUNTANT

With offices throughout Continental Europe, Ireland and the UK, my client offers local investors a complete range of financial services across the investment spectrum, including investment servicing, investment research and trading and investment management.

FUND ACCOUNTANT - required with at least one year's experience of UK regulated fund accounting experience, compiling UK unit trust and OEIC SORP accounts.

The accounting work is carried out by an outsourced office who has reconciled the TB position. You would be expected to answer and question and queries raised by trustees, auditors and clients. There will be no line-management required. You'll have obtained or be studying towards gaining a professional accountancy qualification and hold an Accountancy or Business Studies Degree. Relevant experience of accounting for Unit Trusts, OEIC's or other collective investment schemes is also essential.
Availability for this role is key, my client are ideally looking for someone to start ASAP.
