Fund Accountant                   £30,000-£35,000

Fund Accountant required for a hugely successful asset management company based in Glasgow city centre.  This permanent job opportunity is a fantastic position for a newly qualified accountant to play a key role in finance, gaining a wide range of exposure.  This position will provide the chance to work on projects as well as typical fund accounting duties.  This is an excellent role for an ambitious and driven accountant.

 Duties include:

·         Preparation of financial statements

·         Regulatory reporting to the Trustees

·         Preparation & review of Interim and Final accounts for Collective Investment Schemes in accordance with the IMA SORP

·         Liaising with Internal and External auditors to resolve queries that may arise

·         Preparation of distribution calculations
