Functioneel Applicatie Beheerder

For a big client of us, in the financial industry, we're looking for a Functional Application Manager in the region of Utrecht.

Functional Application Manager Role:

Deliver functional support to users and consumers of the Enterprise information system on:
- Using the information systems
- Defining and/or procuring the required information
- Specify and document and/or review the definition of information products.
- Participation in projects influencing the contents of the information services platform, safeguarding a sound information solution
- Actively (both reactive as proactive) identify problems and coordinate their solution
- Periodically generate and deliver information products to their consumers.

Requirements
- Relevant educational level: bachelor
- Well-developed numerical insight
- Able to work both individually as in a team
- Knowledge of ITIL and BiSL
- Analytical and stress resistant
- Good communication skills, in English and Dutch
- Flexible

MUST HAVES:
- English CV
- Knowledge of BiSL and ITIL
- 2 years of experience in financial environment
- Affinity with COGNOS and SQL-query
