Functional/Technical Analyst CRM Project Data Integration - Dutch Speaking

My client base Antwerp have a 3 Month initial contract for a Functional Technical Analyst for a CRM Project.

As part of a team you will be responsible for the analysis of new functionalities, integration and improvements (change management) towards custom made applications.

You will
- Assist the deployment planning and follow up in MS projects
- Support the communication on the SharePoint website

Key Duties
- Manages assigned project timelines/prioritizes tasks;
- Planning and control of project;
- Collaborates with and communicates to multidisciplinary teams;
- Logs complaints and inquiries in designated tools;
- Documenting all aspects of the project (eg process design, application configuration, test plans, etc.)

Expected deliverables:
Consolidate local architecture requirements for full overview (interfaces and integration)
Review the BRM with the current local CRM landscape
Current running interfaces (EIM/ETL/WM)
