IT Customers manages the applications (front, back and document management) used to support the customer's data processes and activities (Core banking activities).
The team performs the following activities regarding application maintenance: incident management, operational support (2nd and 3rd line), reporting, risk management, asset management.
The team performs the following activities regarding application evolutions: business analysis, functional analysis, technical analysis, support to dev, support to test, studies, estimations.
Function Description
° You translate business requirements in system requirements
° You describe the impact of the proposed solution for the existing application (both functionally and technically) and suggest alternatives when possible.
° You provide support during every phase of the project, validate, test if de delivered result is in accordance with the system requirements, analyse and solve defects.
° You identify and discusses risks, inconsistencies, gaps both for the projects and the assets you are working on
° You make suggestions or propose alternatives in line with the CCA short and long term vision.

° Experience with test preparation & execution, (V-model)
° Experience with defects and incidents management
° Risk awareness (judging severity of incidents)
