Functional Support - SQL/Scripting/MS Office/Banking/Risk Man

Functional support/User support/Business Support/Functional application management/SQL/Scripting/MS Office/Banking/Risk Management

You will be responsible for the hands-on delivery of high quality functional support to users located worldwide and assist in improving the global banking system by making changes and fixing issues using your good communication and problem solving skills.

You will be a sparring partner for the business and have a 'getting things done'mentality to liaise with IT to get changes/issues resolved for the application as well as assist in translating business test requirements into test cases and helping the test manager.

The ideal candidate will be client focused, hands on, delivery-minded, have good SQL Scripting skills, be proficient with MS Office applications and have previous experience working with change/incident management tools.

Experience in supporting the business with applications in banking environment is a must and experience with risk management a strong preference
