FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT OFFICER (CLARITY) - AMSTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS

LANGUAGES: ENGLISH only

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- 3-5 years demonstrable experience with CA PPM (Clarity), Open Workbench and Microsoft Project in an administrator role or similar function
- Knowledge of Project and Portfolio Management processes:
- Prince2, PMBok, MoP, MsP, Agile
- Experience in an international working environment, preferably with user groups in different locations
- Experience with problem and change management processes (IT4IT, ITIL) in an outsourced IT environment
- Ability to translate complex, sometimes technical subjects into clear, business-oriented communications
- Ability to train and support users in working and adapting CA PPM and remove barriers to change
- Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, JasperSoft, Processes and SQL is preferred
