My client is currently looking for a strong functional application support analyst to join a dynamic and ambitious environment.
As a functional support analyst your responsibilities will include:- - Communicate with both internal as well as external stakeholders
- Call and problem management related to applications
- To specify, monitor, develop and test innovative changes to applications
- Work in various projects
To be considered for this functional application support analyst you must have: - - Bachelor or Master's degree in information sciences
- At leas 2 years working experience with Intellimatch
- 3-5 years of experience working as a functional application support analyst
- Knowledge/experience around payments
- Knowledge of MS SQL is highly advantageous
- Knowledge of standards like Prince 2 or ITIL
This is a fantastic contracting opportunity with the likelihood of multiple extensions
