Functional Safety Manager/Coach (m/w)

Currently we are looking for a Functional Safety Manager/ Coach (m/f) for one of our costumers.

Your tasks include:
Drive the implementation of functional safety processes in the role of a functional safety assessor and trainer. Support set-up of a central pool of functional safety engineers.
Implement and drive knowledge management in central functional safety pool. Takeover of FSM activities on demand and coach other FSM members.
+ Provide guidance to close the identified Functional Safety gaps.
+ Training with more focus on execution of SW Functional Safety tasks.
+ Hands on training to Project Teams on
o Creation of SW(&HW) technical safety concepts based on Functional Safety concepts
o Deriving the Technical Safety Requirements for ECU SW based on Functional Safety requirements
o Documentation of the Safety Analysis and SW Architecture
o Implementation of Safety concepts in the actual ECU SW
o Safety Case Reports: Proving the Function Safety Concept meets ASIL goals with current ECU SW & HW design
+ Create written generic guide/instructions on performing above SW FuSa tasks.
+ Create documentation templates with instructions on "How to provide evidence, that a particular FuSa activity was done with due diligence?"
+ Review and provide improvements for the SW FuSa activity output artifacts.

+ Experience of Funktional Safety ISO26262 in the automotive sector
+ Experience as Safety Manager
+ very good knowledge of security relevant engineering processes and methods
+ very good training skills
