Functional Requirements Analyst

The Role

- To work with the process excellence team as they produce process maps each department and end to end process in the business.
- Develop a set of consistent functional requirements highlighting where operational improvement is needed to support the delivery of the functional requirements.
- Ensure that all functional requirements are prioritised using an agreed set of prioritisation criteria and that these are signed off by departmental heads and stakeholders/sponsors.
- Ensure that all functional requirements are collated in to an overall functional requirements pack each week for sign off by the process excellence work stream lead.

You Will

An experienced functional requirements analyst who is able to take on the following responsibilities relating to the implementation of the Good to Great Process excellence goals:

* Work closely with the Process excellence work stream lead, process team and departmental heads and staff to develop and prioritise functional requirements.

* Support the Process excellence work stream lead in engaging with stakeholders across the business by acting as a representative of the Good to Great programme.

* Demonstrate strong functional requirements analysis skills accountable for weekly milestones and activities set out in the implementation project plan.

* Capable of monitoring and reporting progress to ensure outputs are delivered on time and within budget and results realised.

* Apply and maintain a process for monitoring and tracking of improvements and benefits expected and delivered from the Process excellence work stream.

* Establish a quality assurance process for the content/outputs developed and participate in the review process.

* Contribute to the performance of the Process excellence team by providing regular updates on progress, attending weekly meetings and being aware of the impact of wider programme activities.
