JOB TITLE: Functional Manager Wmo-Ned

LOCATION: Delft, Netherlands

LENGTH: 5-month extendable Contract

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Wmo-Ned is the complete application for supporting the implementation of the Wmo. All activities from registration to payment can be registered in the package. As a result, the citizen, his/her question and solutions are fully in the picture.

REQUIREMENTS:

- At least five (5) years of demonstrable experience in the past ten (10) years as a functional manager/application manager of the Wmo-Ned application;
- Demonstrable recent (in the past five (5) years) experience with guidance/execution of releases, updates and upgrades from Wmo-Ned;
- At least five (5) years of demonstrable experience with and insight into (the developments in) WMO and Youth.
- Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with the most recent version of Wmo-Ned (dated March 27, 2018).
- Competences: connectivity, empathy, ingenuity, persuasiveness, strong opinion, straight back, team player, communicative skills at different levels from user to management, proactive, collaborative, environmental awareness and result orientation.

TO WISH

- BISL certified
- Demonstrable experience in municipal environment with Wmo-Ned as functional manager.
- Completed an HBO study program, in a business administration or technical field.
