Functional Manager CRM (Luxembourg)

Je functie: To reinforce the team of CRM business projects within Industry scope working with CTS and Sales teams we are looking for a Functional Manager who will be responsible for "CRM" : Design and setup of the book of requirements to implement business processes within our SalesForce solution.
He has to manage the acceptance phase and to support the rollout to users.
He ensures the alignment of the process implemented in the CRM within the CMO organisation.
The Functional Manager CRM is integrated in the BPS project teams.
The main stakeholders are central CMO functions, Sales agencies and Customer teams, Customer Technical Services teams of Flat Europe and IT Europe.

The main missions are :

Supporting the Business to define their needs (contents & user interface).
Be content-oriented: capture the Business needs
Managing Information Systems (writing Business specifications, coordinating projects, ensuring roll out, etc.) based on the requirements formulated by the Business.
Supporting and training the business on the most efficient usage of SalesForce.

Experience
Significant experience with CRM projects and tools with a SalesForce experience as a plus.
Experience in Management of complex IT / Business projects

French : Intermediate
