Functional Lead (Successfactors)

FUNCTIONAL LEAD - SUCCESSFACTORS - LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM - PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

My client, a leading broadcasting company is currently looking for a Functional Lead with experience of Success Factors and Learning to join them on a contract basis in London. The Functional Lead will be responsible for some of the core processes within Learning and ensuring that the new systems meet those requirements from a strategic level.

The client currently has a bespoke and aging business system landscape - the workstream aims to replace parts of this with Successfactors, which includes the following modules; Learning, (LMS) Talent Management (Goal and Performance Management), Succession and Calibration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop detailed end to end process flow diagrams and descriptions
- Generate assembly and product test scripts and participate extensively in testing of interfaces, reports, & configuration
- Work closely with the technical and data teams in the design and development of reports, forms, interfaces, and conversions

EXPERIENCE:

- Extensive experience working with SuccessFactors
- In-depth knowledge and experience of LMS and HR Systems
- Experience testing phrases of a project including writing scenarios and scripts and knowledge of defect management
- Experience working with SAP
