Functional Lead | Enterprise Asset Management

- Initial 12 month contract
- Work for a large reputable Government organisation
- Sydney CBD based

Reporting directly to the EAM Team Leader, you will be required to work closely with functional and technical leads within the ERP Program and liaise with key stakeholders and agencies. You will be responsible for managing a team of functional consultants to facilitate the collection, interpretation and integration of the process requirements from business process owners and SME's who have direct involvement with the EAM component of the project.

Your duties:

- Develop and review design deliverables including functional/business requirements, process maps/design, BPD's, etc.
- Integrate EAM solution with other elements of the overall program, including Back Office functions and also with EAM support systems (GIS, CAD)
- Work with technical teams to ensure appropriate design and technical strategies (RICEFW's)
- Provide direction, guidance and input into project design decisions
- Work closely with the SME's in the assessment of standard processes, including gap analysis and impact assessment
- Cooperate with external team resources to validate solution design principles and scope to best meet the business needs within the ERP Program guidelines
- Assist with functional status reports and documentation

Your background:

- Strong background in asset management
- High level communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Recent experience managing a functionally diverse EAM team on a large scale SAP implementation
- Excellent facilitation skills as leading workshops will be a key component of the role
- Knowledge of cross functional process integration points
- Proven experience leading and implementing business process design recommendations and changes
- Ability to manage project activities such as schedule, issues and risks
- Ability to influence key business stakeholders
- Public Sector experience highly regarded as will exposure to asset intensive industries
- Ability to create quality technical documents and presentation material
