Functional IT Analyst UML Datamodelling French/Dutch 12M

IT Analyst Functional UML The candidate will work within an IT project team under the supervision of a project leader. He/She will be working on projects within the Solvency II programme, aiming to implement the Solvency II regulation.

User requirements are drawn up by business analysts. In his/her role, the Functional IT Analyst will discuss and analyse the requirements for setting up a robust custom-built IT platform in .NET (around the risk engines, Algo Financial Modeller and Remetrica) with business analysts and users, analyse them and design IT solutions. The solution will cover domains such as job management, user interface, data in & output, data storage & traceability, security, error management, etc. The candidate will also follow up on the implementation of his/her designs with developers and participate in testing.
The candidate may also participate in functional analyses in other domains of the Solvency II programme (data extraction, reporting,).

Proven experience with user requirements gathering and functional analysis working within an IT team is a must. Knowledge of Risk/Solvency is not needed.

Must have knowledge of .NET

Impact analysis of user requirements
-Main task: functional design of the IT services (GUI, business logic), to be explained to and implemented by developers
-Follow-up of implementation team
-Testing of the solution

Strong language skills are a must in Dutch & French and English
