Functional ECM Administrator - Dutch Speaking

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Functional ECM Administrator - Dutch Speaking

Key Requirements:

- Providing 2nd line support.
- Analyze the design, use or possibilities of the applications for further optimization.
- Collaborate with suppliers and colleagues in the implementation of new releases or functionalities.
- Adjusting user documentation and instructing users.
- Closely cooperate with application management, system management.
- Performing the functional acceptance tests.

Key Experience:

- At least two years of demonstrable work experience as a functional manager of ECM applications.
- At least two years of demonstrable work experience as a functional manager with OpenText Content Server.
- Demonstrable work experience with structured testing (ISTQB and/or TMAP).
- Demonstrable work experience with IT process management (ITIL and/or ISM and/or FSM).
- Decisive action, proactive attitude, initiative-oriented, pragmatic.
- Punctual in activities, administrative skills, approachable to results.
- Stress resistant, eager to learn, accurate, problem solving.
- Communication skills aimed at interacting with non-Iters.
