Functional Designer - Solvency II
Either French or Dutch is a MUST for this role and is non-negotiable. English is required.
The candidate will work within an IT project team under the supervision of a project leader. He/she will be working in the Information Systems (IS) Asset, Finance & Risk team, managing all IT applications for the CIO, CFO and CRO functions.
In this role, he/she will discuss requirements for setting up and maintaining a robust IT platform around the risk engines (Algo Financial Modeller and Remetrica) with business users, analyse them and design IT solutions. The solution will cover domains such as job management, user interface, data in- & output, data storage & traceability, security, error management, etc. Furthermore, he/she may participate in the analysis and development of a tool that will manage all assumption data. The candidate will also follow up on the implementation of his/her designs and participate in testing.
The candidate may also participate in functional analyses in other domains (data extraction, cash flow calculations, reporting).
Proven experience with functional design and follow-up of developers in a (large) IT environment is a must.
Level of education required
Master in an IT related subject or equivalent by experience

- Describe user requirements and get business commitment (initially coached by more senior team members)

- Integration Testing of the solution, follow-up of Acceptance Testing
