Functional Designer Risk Appications (Brussels)

Je functie: Context of the mission
The candidate will work within the IT organisation on the Solvency II programme, aiming to implement the Solvency II regulation.
In his role, he will discuss requirements for setting up robust IT applications to replace end user computing tooling for crucial data-oriented processes, analyse them and design
IT solutions. The candidate will also follow up on the implementation of his designs and participate in testing.
Proven experience with user requirements gathering and functional analysis in an IT environment is a must, Solvency II or general risk knowledge are not required but would
be useful.
The candidate will be working in a dynamic, innovative and international context. He will join a young team where he can help shape solutions in a new domain

Objective of the job
Main objectives:
- Functional design of IT solution components (GUI, business and transformation logic, data models)
- Follow-up of the implementation team
- Testing of the solution

Additional objectives:
- Prepare and hold user requirements sessions with end users
- Describe user requirements and get business commitment

Start date: immediate
Duration: 8 months
(Depending on project evolution, extension is possible)

Localisation
Brussels Centre.
