FUNCTIONAL CRM CONSULTANT

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a large consultancy with regards to a 3-6 months contract role based in Belgium for an experienced Functional CRM Consultant.

This is a functional role where you will have functional SAP CEC experience, where you will be able to participate in describing new functional specifications, CRM/CEC configuration, setup & testing. You will also be familiar with integrating with SAP ECC (on HANA, Middleware).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- You will be able to understand business requirements and transform them into functional specifications
- You will be able to describe and present (alternative) solutions for a given business requirement.
- Direct reporting to the team lead

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

- CEC-CRM functinional and technical experience (setup, config)
- Experience in working in project context and methodology
- Knowledge and experience in C4C, C4S, CRM cloud solutions
- SAP ISU experience is a plus

You will be fluent in both English and Dutch as this is mandatory for the role.
