Functional Consultant (Telco Fraud Management System)

FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT (TELCO FRAUD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM)

TASKS:
Will work as a Functional Application Maintenance of Fraud Management System where you will have the following responsibilities:

o - Incident Management
o - Operations Support Management
o - Change management
o - Enhancement Management
o - Vendor Management (from a Managed Service Partner (MSP) perspective)
o - Overall responsibility of the entire team & performance

REQUIREMENTS:
Must have Master Degree

Eligible to work in EU

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Knowledge of Telco Fraud Management System application
Telco domain knowledge
MDA (Martin Dawes Analytics) product knowledge on Fraud Management System suite.
Excellent client communication
SECONDARY SKILLS:
Project Management skills (team lead)
Language:  English
