Our client is urgently searching for a strong Functional Business Analyst with Agile, mapping requirements, functional analysis, modelling tools, Enterprise Architect, modelling languages, UML, BPML, Business Process Management, JIRA, Domain Driven Design experience with French or Dutch to work on a project in Ghent.
A successful candidate will have:
. A Bachelor or Master degree, preferably oriented computing
. A relevant professional experience with process modelling and/or functional analysis in software development (at least 3 years).
. Experience with the principles of Agile works and know your analysis approach to this tune.
. A thorough knowledge and experience with the mapping requirements of an organization and to create functional analysis in software development projects. experience with the development of functional analysis with use case scenarios and/or user stories, as well as to create functional domain models.
. Experience with modelling tools such as Enterprise Architect and modelling languages such as UML and BPMN (Business Process Management) is a major plus.
. Knowledge in the preparation of test scenarios and performing functional testing.
. Knowledge of/experience with Domain Driven Design.
. Knowledge of JIRA software.
A successful candidate should also meet the following requirements:
. You are socially and communicate fluently with internal clients and colleagues, both oral and written. You do not hesitate to give presentations or to share your input during meetings.
. You actively listen to the customer and selects the best resources, with constant critical attention to ROI, according to their needs.
. You have a strong analytical mind and you are good at conceptual thinking.
. You work accurately, structured and result-oriented and monitored so with the scope and deadlines of the activities in which you work.
. You have a strong sense of responsibility and are able to tackle tasks independently. Ownership and initiative are your second nature.
. You are creative, flexible and stress resistant.
. You are a real team player who likes to put the best results with a combined effort. You can you can quickly adapt to the context of a new environment.
. You are inquisitive, constructive and open minded.

. You speak and write excellent Dutch and have a thorough knowledge French. In English pull you out of the battle.
