Requirements
- KNOWLEDGE OF IT PROCESSES: has the certificates of ITIL and BiSL and can demonstrate working with these processes in practice.
-Knowledge of Agile Development, can demonstrate working in an agile organisation (ie operating as either Scrum Master or Product Owner)
- KNOWLEDGE OF MORTGAGES (WFT Hypothecair Krediet certified, this is a prerequisite).
-Experience working in a multi-vendor environment, especially with on- and offshore resourcing.
-Exposure to ServiceNow and e xperience in setting up and using MI tooling.
- Needs to be flexible to cover service window.
-Fluent in Dutch and English.
