Functional Architect - Omnichannel Ecommerce - Switzerland

Our client, a major eCommerce organisation, is looking for a Functional Architect to be responsible for the governance of a new OmniChannel integration project.

Working alongside business change managers and project managers, you will evaluate which systems will best respond to the needs of the business (considering in-store and call-center working practices) and ensure that these solutions are compliant, standardised and mutualised across the organisation and its various channels.

Previous experience of working alongside consumer business teams and evaluating best-fit processes and technologies, you will have a solid technical understanding of web services, ERP and CRM - experience of SAP and SalesForce would be an advantage - and be able to work with technical teams to ensure the defined solution replies to the need of the business.

As a Functional Architect, you will work closely with the business and have already worked on similar projects in eCommerce or Omnichannel environments. Although a technical understanding is required, we are not looking for a technical architect in this position.
