Functional Architect

FUNCTIONAL ARCHITECT - LEADING FINANCIAL SERVICES ORGANISATION IN ABU DHABI

My client, a leading bank in the United Arab Emirates region, require a senior architect with functional specification and design experience on Oracle/Siebel CRM products to bridge the analysis between the business requirements and the existing business applications/processes.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
. Translation of business requirements from internal stakeholders in high quality functional specifications
. Validation of the implemented solution against the functional specifications to ensure that the project matches the business requirements
. Provide robust functional design as aligned with the business requirements
. Walkthrough of functional requirements and developed solutions to the business and technology stakeholders
. Functional analysis of business requirements by identifying potential problems and proposing solutions
COMPETENCIES & CAPABILITIES

- Fair Business knowledge in Retail Banking - Branch Distribution and Operations
- Experience working on business process design and re engineering on Branch Life Cycle - Teller Function, Customer Service, CRM
- Hands on and detailed experience on products - CRM, T24 (Temenos), Workflow Systems
- Good exposure in Business Process Management/Re Engineering and Hands on expert user experience in BPMN tools and Standards
- Been a part of an process improvement initiative for Branch Distribution and Operations
- Fair understanding of Functionality of - ATM, Biometrics, Emirates ID Authority

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Minimum of overall 8 years of IT experience in Banking Space
- A minimum of 5 Years of hands-on/functional experience in designing Software products/solutions in the above areas
- Knowledge/experience of/with testing processes
- Experience in business process modelling tools (eg UML), information architecture (wireframes etc)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-Ability to work under pressure and willing to go the extra miles to meet the project timelines/goals
