Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Functional Analyst With Dutch And French Based In Brussels
Start date: 19/02/2017
Duration: 4 months, possible extension thereafter
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Language: Dutch AND French AND English
Rate: 53 EUR/hour all in
Key skills
3-5 years experience in functional application design in large development project(s)
Ability to identify and reuse business services
Good knowledge of relational database (Oracle, ...) concepts.
XML
SWIFT (FIN/MT/MX,Interact, FileAct).
An excellent written and spoken knowledge of English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French
Additional (would be an asset) :
Experience in European System of Central Banks project(s)
Experience in financial/banking industry as functional design
Responsibilities
Assist in defining and reviewing requirements and use cases for the application
Assist in defining and reviewing the non-functional requirements for the application, including security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements
Use the business requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics
Transform customer, functional and non-functional requirements into a workable design at the functional and/or technical levels
Inform the technical architect and project manager of any issues that may affect other areas of the project
Participate in quality management reviews with the stakeholders, ensuring the application design and related work products satisfy the requirements
Participate in transitioning the functional designs to the developers, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the designs
Collaborate with the human interface designer to successfully design the user interface
Create functional test scenarios and test data and support the functional testing phase
Complete and maintain through the project life cycle all appropriate documentation required by the developers and testers
