FUNCTIONAL ANALYST SWITCHING

TECHNICAL CONTEXT

- Good experience in functional analysis
- Good experience in testing and writing test scenarios
- Good knowledge of incident and change management methods and tools
- Good knowledge in Switching domain in the utility sector
- Knowledge in SAP ISU - SAP CRM is an advantage

BUSINESS CONTEXT

You are a preferred contact person for applications for all our internal customers for the switching domain
- You analyze and challenge the business requirements/briefings received from our internal customers
- You propose a functional solution in collaboration with all involved parties that meets the business requirements within the feasibility of our landscape
- You gather all the necessary information from the impacted business parties to introduce and manage an end-2-end change with a clear and complete briefing by following the internal processes
- You build a business case in collaboration with involved parties to justify the change request
- You follow the developments and are responsible for the quality check of the delivered solutions by Local Delivery by executing acceptance tests before presenting the results to stakeholders
- You execute business acceptance tests and post-implementation tests in collaboration with the stakeholders based on test-scenarios for which you are responsible
- You execute regression test during and/or after every release that can impact your applications/services
- You manage incidents by respecting the KPI's for timing and quality
- You analyze incidents around the switching domaine and identify the necessary actions to solve these incidents in collaboration with Delivery
- You report to the stakeholders/requestors about the progress of cases (changes and incidents), delivery dates and tasks that must be completed (testing, etc )
- You monitor and analyze the logged issues, defects and questions to propose proactive improvements for the related services, applications and processes
- You support the business by indicating the possibilities and limits of the applications and technologies used in our application landscape
- You identify improvement opportunities based on problem handling and best practices in the switching domain
- You participate in projects if your knowledge is mandatory in the concerning project
- You develop and maintain a good relation with the internal community and internal customer
