Functional Analyst (Securities)

Function Description
- Based on the business needs produce a complete IT functional analysis which will serve as base for the development.
- You will need to work closely with the business and with the involved IT parties.
- You will determine the impact on the different subsystems and provide the necessary communication with the responsible of these subsystems. As well as the follow up of the activities that need to be done in the different subsystems.
- You follow the planning and report to the Asset manager/ project leader on a regular basis.
- Once the analysis is formalized you support the supplier who will perform technical design, implementation and I&AT testing.
- Following the delivery of the supplier you perform sanity checks of the delivery.
- You support the ITAT, BAT UAT testing's, doing a defect analysis and assuring the communication with the supplier.

Education
- Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience

Languages Requirement
- French: Mandatory
- Dutch: Preferred
- English: Mandatory

Experience
- Min 5 years experience in IT functional analysis.

Technical Experience
Mandatory
- Technical knowledge with respect to interface definitions (XML) & technical design.

Business Experience
Mandatory
- Experience in financial sector.

Preferable
- Experience in the domain of securities handling is a plus
- Experience in MIFID regulations
