Function Description
A project team 'Sustainable Reward' has been created. It is the objective of this project team to make sure that employees can register their choice for a benefit via a user-friendly tool (Cafeteria tool) and that this choice is well registered in SAP. Depending on the benefit, a smooth communication line with the provider must also be put in place. The project team follows the Scrum methodology to reach his objectives.
To reinforce this project team, we are looking for a Functional Analyst who can be the intermediate between the functional business analysts and the more technical SAP analysts.

Education
Master or equivalent

Languages Requirement
French fluent
Dutch fluent
English fluent

Experience
+ 5 years experience in Belgian Payroll environment / labour law and social security.
Experience in writing functional Analysis for SAP & testing
Experience with the Scrum methodology is preferable

Technical Experience
Mandatory
Microsoft office.

Preferable
SAP basic HR knowledge.

Business Experience
Mandatory
SAP functional HR - Reward and Payroll + post payroll.
