Our client is active in the energy market Job Description
- Analyze and translate business functions into standard SAP CRM functionality. Challenge the requirements in terms of scope, functions, cost and timing.
- Analyze & define cross component interactions (SAP CRM/SAP ISU/SAP BRM/ESB/Interfaces/…) to design and deliver the integrated solution to the requirements.
- Challenge proposed detailed functional and technical solution and effort from suppliers.
- Determine system integration testing requirements.
- Follow up on implementation quality and system testing.
- Coordinate and follow up on changes with all partners involved in the change process.
- In case of projects: perform SAP configuration and write development specifications.
- Ensure creation and update of documentation according to guidelines.
- Comply with procedures related to service management and project management
Profile
- SAP CRM 7 for Utilities
- Experience > 6 years
- Communication, flexibility, ownership and team working skills are highly required.
- Follow ITIL procédures for service management.
- Follow the client specific project management guide for projects.
- Knowledge of utility market processes
- Knowledge of SOA architecture and XML is an asset.
- Knowledge of SAP ISU is an asset.
- B2B/B2C segment for the utility sector (gas & electricity).
- Implementation of service and project deliverables according to our clients' standards.
- Languages: Dutch or French and English
