Functional Analyst (m/f)

- Create a concept for a transaction risk engine to be used as shared service by different applications such as online banking/ card payment systems/ electronic banking for corporates
- Produce detailed project requirement document agreed by the stakeholders for the different areas (retail and wholesale business, their IT and operations counterparts) and from different countries
- Create a detailed document serving as Request for Proposal (RfP) for the vendor selection has to be written
- Business and functional analysis
- Software architecture
- Good knowledge on security measures (authentication methods, signatures, encryption, 3D secure, FinTS, EMV)
- Good communication skills
- Transaction risk engines (rules, context, scoring, software, vendors)
- Implementation of transaction risk engines
- Implementation of security measures (see above)
- Implementation of shared services / SOA
- Card payment systems/ online banking / electronic banking for corporates
- Clearing systems
- Languages: English and German
