Functional Analyst e-Benefits (Brussels)

Je functie: Context of the mission
With 2,5 million clients, we are the biggest Belgian Insurer. We sell our products via banks, brokers and Employee benefits, each having its own commercial and
operational policy.
The Employee benefits application (e-Benefits) proposes products of Branch 21 and Branch 23. Usually based on risk assets (shares, bonds, etc..), the branch 23 insurance
product is usually qualified as "risky investment" instead of saving, a life insurance of branch 23 being linked to one or several investment funds.
We are searching an analyst to enforce the IS development team.

Objective of the job
You will have the following responsibilities:
o As Functional Analyst, you define the functional specificities of the solution in close cooperation with architecture team, following rules and process used.
o If necessary, you participate to the study of several functional solutions foreseen with the client.
o You actively participate to development cost evaluation of a work request.
o You are coaching the developers and assume the follow up of projects in close cooperation with your Group Leader.
o The Functional Analyst is responsible of integration and non-regression tests related to the launch in production requests. In this context, we ask you to:
o Identify, create, maintain and validate the application test cases.
o Execute, if necessary, manual test during development phase.
o Maintain and validate tests scripts used for our applications

Duration: 12 months
(Depending on project evolution, extension is possible)

Je profiel: Required Knowledge and Experience

Level of education required
Master or Engineer in IT or in a scientific domain with IT interest.

Language requirement
English : Good
*Dutch and French, one fluent, the other one can be basic.
