ROLE RESPONSIBILITY:
The consultant will work within the team as a coach to grow newer employees in their role as functional analyst. The consultant will provide coaching in terms of the preparing the standard deliverables, collection of requirements and the process of functional analysis. All this will be done with required attention and cooperation from the project team and stakeholders. Here the consultant will be able to easily handle the variety of projects with different employees at work. The final expectation is that the employees are in a position to take up as a functional analyst role independently and qualitatively in their work.
KEY SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
- Ramp up quickly
- knowledge of system requirements analysis methods and techniques
- Distinguish analytically strong, smooth detail essence
- effective and result oriented
- Experience in projects with an impact on customizable (work) processes
- problem solving with a focus on simplicity and efficiency in the process
- organizational and coordinating insight planned
- ability to mobilize energy and enthuse people
- fluent and convincing others through commitment, assertiveness and accessibility
- Strong interpersonal skills
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 10+ experience as a Functional Analyst
- Experience in conducting workshops, blue printing and user training
- Experience in Functional Analysis - AS IS and To Be functional mapping
- Knowledge on system requirements analysis methods and techniques
- Experience in Large Projectsdeal with IT systems in an environment where many own development
- Experience in complex environment (many integrations with other functional services).
