Functional Analyst Contract

My Client is actively looking for a Senior Functional Analyst for a long term contract based in Dublin City Centre with strong Educational Management software experience.

Looking for Business/Functional Analysts with 3-4 years experience with experience working with Educational systems such as Banner.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct training needs analysis, creating and delivering end user training sessions/workshops
- Create/update training manuals and user guides
- Support the overall change request process and release management process
- Create functional specifications and release notes
- Provide support during UAT
- Perform functional testing
- Provide BAU support across all banner modules
- Provide estimates for new development items
- Analysis of bugs in Banner application
- Drive & solve application support issues through to completion
- Identify and communicate problems and recommending solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve Banner configuration
- Meet agreed Service Level Agreements
- Raise defects in baseline functionality with Ellucian
