I am currently recruiting functional Analyst on the BSS S&CS systems within the client's environment in Mechelen.
You will be responsible for:
- Customer management
- Appointments & ticketing
- Communications
- Credit check
- Fraud management
- Contact center
- Call routing
- IVR
- Product management
- Product holding
- Best offer
- Order management
- Order intake
- Order confirmation
- OMS & troubleshooting
- Cooperation with other teams to realize projects End-to-End
- Online team - Customer facing web applications & apps
- BSS Rating & Billing team: pre-billing, post-billing, Real Time rating for mobile and fixed
- OSS team: technical order management & fulfillment
You will have an experience:
- Proven experience in contact center domain and Back End integrations
- Thorough understanding of technologies used in call routing and contact center applications
- Knowledge of Avaya, Genesys or Sonus is a plus
- Can advise on architecture for call routing and contact center applications in a corporate environment
- Can take the lead in the analysis phase for large projects (MD)
- Can perform functional analysis for small to large projects
Language requirement:
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must
- NL or FR is a plus
