ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translates needs into functional specifications in a detailed analysis document, analyzes the need
- Works on different projects or one large project with significant impact on the customer's business
- Empathy in the customer's business when proposing improvements
- Final responsibility for assigned assignments.
- Monitors the work of the Junior Functional Analyst
- Overlooks the entire application landscape in the assigned business domain within and outside.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Fluent English and French or Dutch, spoken & written
IT KNOWLEDGE
- Office, software for (flow) diagrams, (Sparx EA, Visio), modules in function of the business domain
