FUNCTIONAL ANALYST - BELGIUM

LANGUAGES: ENGLISH and DUTCH

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Professional Bachelor's degree, preferably in an ICT or economic direction or equivalent through experience
- Experience with analysis and modelling techniques such as BPMN is beneficial
- Knowledge and experience UML techniques including Use Cases, is a plus
- Experience in the insurance sector
- Analytically strong, working accurately, and have been solved problem solving
- Working together for you as a team player is self-evident
- Proactive communication skills and tactful diplomacy
- Structured, plan and processive work can be seamlessly combined with the necessary creativity

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

- Specify the requirements by truly understanding and challenging the needs and problems
- Analyze both functional and non-functional needs and translate them into both a conceptual and detailed end-to-end solution
- Model the agreed processes and describe the needs in a business and technical analyst understandable and unambiguous manner by using, among other things, Use Cases
- Actively support or support the technical analysts in developing and documenting the technical design
- Review the functional, technical and test analysis
- Analyze business-related change requests and issues during the implementation of the project
- Work on the business case and the definition definition and help you to define scope and workload
- Help to monitor the scope during the realization of the project
- Provide support for production problems
