FUNCTIONAL ANALYST - BELGIUM

LANGUAGES: ENGLISH, DUTCH and FRENCH

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Functional analysis: min 5 years experience as functional analyst at IT
- Business process analysis
- Package/Cloud implementation experience
- Project management skills
- HR implementation project experience is beneficial

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

- Business Process Modeling
- Functional requirements analysis
- Business Information Modeling
- Software selection: setup request for proposal, analysis of tender proposals, setup proof of concept, propose best fit solution to stake holders until contracting phase with suppliers
- Software configuration
- Prepare and support user acceptance testing, analyze test results and follow up bug fixes
- Train users, coach business administrators
- Daily project follow up and typical maintenance tasks
- Analyze and scope change request, coordinate change
- Security or configuration changes to existing tools
- Assistance in reporting
