-Ability to provide coaching to employees within different projects
-Strong coaching skills, extensive experience in providing coaching
-Technical knowledge of system requirements analysis methods and techniques
-Distinguish analytically strong, smooth detail essence
-Affinity with IT & technology
-Effective and result oriented
-Experience in projects with an impact on (work) processes
-Independently and simultaneously team player
-Problem solving with a focus on simplicity and efficiency in the process
-Organizational and coordinating insight
-Ability to mobilize energy and enthuse people
-Fluent and convincing others through commitment, assertiveness and accessibility
-Strong interpersonal skills

Description of work:

-The consultant will start working within the team to grow our newer employees in their role as functional analyst
-He/she will provide coaching in terms of the yield of the standard deliverables, the collection of requirements and the making of a functional analysis
-All this with due attention to the cooperation with the project team and stakeholders
-Here he/she will be able to easily handle the variety of projects with different employees work
-It is expected that the employees are in a position at the end to take up as a functional analyst independently and qualitatively their work
