SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Qualification in functional analysis methodology or equivalent
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of functional management
- Knowledge of functional analysis techniques and tools
- Work experience as functional analyst
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and able to reach concensus
- Excellent team work skills and able to influence and lead others
- Conflict management
- Adaptable and stress tolerant

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

- Challenge and review Business Analysis
- Deliver Functional analysis based requirements
- Write the functional analysis covering all ITS aspects (depending on the type of analysis)
- Identify the right ITS RUN Stakeholder for a functional analysis (with the PM)
- Initiate review with peers and integrate the feedback
- Initiate review of functional analysis with ITS RUN stakeholders ([depending of the functional analysis] app owner, RUN analyst, Service Manager, Incident manager, Security Officer, RUN Backend experts )
- Collect and integrate feedback from ITS RUN Stakeholders.
- Baseline the functional analysis
- Support development and testing team for the delivered functional analysis
- Review test scenarios based on the functional analysis
- Write Hand-over documentation
- Support in after-care period
- Guide change across the different environments into production and monitor the application's availability and correct performance
- Perform a range of operational tasks (such as incident resolution, LCM for applications and administration)
- Work according to the AGILE/SCRUM METHODOLOGY AND CONTINUOUS DELIVERY ENGINEERING PRACTICES
- Guide End-to-End Chain Control (monitoring, incident management, problem management etc.)
- Performed tasks across multiple applications and teams on the basis of the IT Custodian role
