Hays are now seeking a Senior Functional Analyst to join our internal central IT team for a 4 month period. Hays are the leading expert recruitment firm globally and we are now looking for a skilled Functional Analyst to help ensure that we remain at the cutting edge of IT innovation.
The Functional Analyst will contribute to the Back Office systems upgrade within a Microsoft environment. As the systems expert, the functional analyst will work from our Dublin office on a varied project team with 3rd party vendors with representatives in London and the USA. We need to deliver system upgrades to our ERP environment with current systems based on the Microsoft Great Plain Dynamics Suite. You will be the subject matter expert and will be required to understand current processes and functionalities and how these are affected upon upgrade implementation. You will manage system integration and UAT testing. You will also manage data migration and data cleansing activities during the upgrade process.
In order to join our expert team the Functional Analyst will need to have excellent knowledge in ERP software, with a particular preference for Microsoft Great Plain Dynamics, 1 Staff Back Office (aka PAM). You should have experience of software development life cycle and ERP software implementation. This is a role that requires you to communicate with users, other team members who are not based in your office and 3rd party vendors who are aiding the delivery of this upgrade. You will really stand out if you are ISEB BA certified.
