Functional Analyst

* Role: Functional Analyst
* Project/Delivery Name: Product Stewardship
* Work location: EU-Netherlands-Rotterdam
* Travel required: 1 or 2 times per month to Rotterdam or Manchester for a few days

* Project/Activity Description:
Product Stewardship Programme is implementing a single global SAP EHS platform to meet various regolatory requirements and is logical successor of REACH.

* Roles & Responsibilities:
The company is expected to implement SAP Content to support for regulatory activities.
In order to drive this, Shell is looking for a highly independent specialist, who is able to drive the solution design.

Functional:
* Organize design workshops for Fit - Gap analysis of standard SAP Content versus company requirements
o Regulatory rules (excluding DG)
o MSDS Maker rules
o WWI templates
* Integration of Health data (tox/eco-tox/etc.) in regulatory rules, work closely together with assigned business resource (= Suneeta)
* Solution design for any gaps identified
o Company specific configuration for regulatory rules
o Logical grouping of rule sets into multi-calls
o Integrate data not covered by rules into MSDS Maker setup
o Configure and test Shell specific MSDS Maker rules
o Capture Shell specific configuration in functional designs
o WWI template customizations
* Support the company in defining support requirements for regulatory content

Technical:
* Installation of SAP content on demo environment (tech vs funct)
* Create Shell specific configuration for regulatory rulesets
* Configuration of company custom rules in MSDS Maker
