For our client we are looking for a Functional Administrator.
The team is responsible for the functional support of the applications. For this team we need temporary (one year) a Functional Administrator.

Job description Functional Administrator (Banking/Lending)
- Incident Mgmt: 1st Line: Intake incidents, admin, analyse
- Helpdesk/Support: 1st line: explains users on functionalities, Q&A
- Governance & Control of Production Environment (and acceptance environment): Approving

Production Environment Changes, and providing authorisations for upgrades.
conformance quality standards & controls. Advising to Asset Owner/Product Owner.
- Maintain knowledge repositories: Sharepoints, Manuals/Guides
- Support in UAT testing execution (sometimes FAT) testing
- Support in release mgmt: Communications to users (from planning to execution)
- Configuration: System settings, Scheduling, User authorisation /access
- Project, Migration and Rollout support: Support in data/admin work
- Training (in cooperation with BA): Design, Develop, plan, execute

Your work environment Functional Administrator (Banking/Lending)
You will work in the Lending Services Value Chain. This is a group of roughly 100 people, across CSD and IT, responsible for running, changing and implementing the Lending Services Operating Model across the globe. CB TOM is driving a lot of our change calendar and we are proactive in adopting the agile way of working.

- Clients Lending Services systems:

> EMC/DSS à Lending Documentation - Scanning & Storage solutions
> Cognos/Datanet à Lending Services - Operational Reporting tool, and the reports in use.
> Correspondence à Lending Services client communications - Notices solutions
> Tibco BPM à Lending Services workflow processes and how they integrate/relate to systems within LS and other systems outside LS.
> IB Portal / IOL à Lending Services client channels and Portals
