Fullstack Javascript Developer

We are looking for a full-stack JavaScript developer to join an international E-commerce organization. We are looking for someone who is able to help with the transition to a setup that allows to experiment and to fail quickly while providing a stable service to the thousands of users.

On a day-to-day basis you will be collaborating at every level of the product and its design with product managers, product engineers, and UX designers. You also will be exploring the possibilities in Front End design and development while finding the balance between adding business value and building for stability and maintenance. You will help to conceptualize solutions that work within the constraints and possibilities of the various maturity of the platform. Also, you will help build a product design system from the ground up, and maintaining, supporting, and evolving interfaces that are used by thousands of users.

Job Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with B2B tools and demonstrated ability of dealing with complex systems in various release states.
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of vanilla JavaScript, popular frameworks (React, Angular, Vue), responsive design, semantic markup, Front End architectures, and performance.
- Experience with Node.js, Express, Knockout.js, and Gulp or Rollup.

You are

- Comfortable working with an existing Front End code base and able to make iterative and incremental improvements to grow it to the next level.
- Experienced in collaborating with Back End developers to design, test and integrate API's;
- Experienced in collaborating with designers to explore possibilities through visual and interactive mockups and to translate them into a working solution.
- Used to an agile environment and experienced in agile development practices (eg pair programming, TDD, CI/CD).
- Fluent in English and a strong communicator with verbal, written, and good interpersonal skills.
