We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer for our client active in the telecommunications industry, based in the heart of Brussels. The project is very innovative and exciting.
Job description:
The job consists of two parts, both in context of the TV/Media department:
*TV Interactivity development (mostly PHP)
*Media Web Components development (mostly JavaScript)
As a Web Developer, you will extensively use technologies based on PHP, as well as JavaScript, in an Agile/Scrum environment.
The developer is able to write performant, yet maintainable code with an eye for detail, is familiar with Unit Testing, and has a sense for documenting the necessary for future reference.
Profile:
*Profound PHP knowledge (Symfony, Doctrine, Zend)
*Profound JavaScript knowledge (NodeJS, ReactJS, TypeScript, )
*Intimately familiar with Object Oriented Programming principles
*Unit Testing experience
*CI/CD experience
*Git/GitLab experience
*Knowledge of SOAP/XML, REST/JSON, SQL, TCP/IP
*Knowledge of caching mechanisms (OPCache, Redis, Memcached, )
*Knowledge of security mechanisms (OAuth2/OIDC)
*Possess multi-tasking skills and is able to work under pressure
*Fluent in English
*Team player
